Kids' Worship: Sundays after the children's moment

Paralleling what goes on in "big church", Kids' Worship is designed to help kids understand scripture in engaging and fun ways.

After the children's moment, children can go back and learn the same scripture we talk about in "big church", just a little differently then us adults. Some activities might be more artistic, musical, or physical. It all just depends on the given Sunday.

While we might engage scripture a little differently, it is critical that our kids feel welcomed and as a part of worship. That is why we practice communion even in Kids' Worship. As Disciples of Christ, an open communion table is critical, so all children, regardless of age, are welcome to take communion with the rest of the congregation.

Nursery

For our little ones, the Nursery is available on Sundays starting at 9 through the duration of worship.

Young Disciples

Meeting on a monthly basis, our Young Disciples go out into the world, exploring their faith beyond the four walls of church together. Where do you see God? At this age we want kids to recognize and know God's unconditional love for them and their neighbor.
